U.S. embassies in Addis Ababa provide limited assistance regarding the Selective Service System registration program abroad.

Overseas registrants are encouraged to register with the Selective Service website Online Registration. It the registration site is unavailable, overseas registrants should complete the PDF form (PDF / 2 pages) and mail it to the Selective Service System to the address below.
