Emergencies for which you should contact the embassy include:
- Welfare and Whereabouts requests
- Child Custody disputes
- Lost/Stolen Passports
If you have a question about non-emergency services for U.S. citizens, please send an email to the ACS unit at firstname.lastname@example.org. This email should include the Full Name of the U.S. citizen(s), their passport number(s), phone number(s), and a description of the issue. The ACS unit will respond to your email inquiry within two business days.
